Intro

As part of their digital transformation journey, I led the UX team to improve the website's user experience and design, aiming to align it with the organization's business goals and global brand image.
Challenge & Objectives
The initial UX audit, based on heuristic evaluations, DXP analytics, and user interviews, highlighted several areas of concern:
An outdated and unorganized Information Architecture
Poor website performance
A look and feel that lacked global visual consistency
Non-compliance with the latest accessibility standards
Our primary goals were to:
Rebuild the Information Architecture to meet business needs
Enhance website performance
Develop a globally consistent visual identity
Ensure compliance with modern accessibility standards
Increase user engagement and lead generation metrics
Outcome & Impact
The redesign was a resounding success, as indicated by the following metrics:
Lead Generation: Increased by 101%
New Visits: Increased by 403%
Time Spent on Site: Increased by 79%
This has had a profound impact on Knight Frank's brand image, cementing its reputation as a leader in the digital landscape of real estate consultancy.
The project was a landmark success in Knight Frank's digital transformation journey. By adopting a user-centric design approach and collaborating across departments, we delivered a product that not only meets but exceeds business and user expectations.
